I have spoken to Dr Wiratunga on the phone this morning. I have had two bouts of insomnia due to tinnitus and anxiety over the past two years. He is very kind and listens and I have never felt rushed. He is very clear when giving advice and it's all said in a caring manner. I think Mosely Avenue Surgery gives an excellent service. The receptionists are always kind and helpful.

Dr Wiratunga has been my dr of choice for many years. He has comforted me during grief and helped me through depression. He is understanding, compassionate and listens, really listens. I have a very rare bowl condition, and dr wiratunga knew what it was, and told me he suspected I had it, when my consultant for bowl issues had too google it, and told me I didn't have it for two years till I pushed for a test that showed I did. All with Dr W's support.

Thought a phone consultation may have been tricky as not experienced one before, however Dr Wiratunga was clear and concise with information giving and with the instructions he needed to give me. He also listened attentively during our conversation and gave the rationale for his decision too. I asked permission to ask a supplementary question and he again explained very explicitly with great interpersonal skills. Moseley surgery have been super efficient for me regarding this medical issue (from the front line reception through to the wonderful way in which I was dealt with today)

Dr Nishan Wiratunga is the worst doctor I have ever faced in my life. He did not help me with my problems. While we were having our phone appointment he was eating at the same time. So rude and recommend at all.
